The slurry ice normally makes by seawater or kind of a mixture of fresh water and salt, in form of liquid form with ice, soft and completely cover the goods/seafood etc. Chilling the fish instantly and the greater chilling characteristics of up to 15 to 20 times which is better than the conventional block ice or flake ice. Also, for this liquid type ice, it can be pumped at a concentration from20% to 50% and storage in a tank, easy to distribute and handle.
