The whole set of evaporator/ice generator is consists of ice generator body which is made by coil and thick metal sheet, bend into a round shape, and the inside split by split metal plate as a channel for the gas and outside wrapped by stainless steel , before this metal sheet, we will usually inject high density PU foam, for a good heat insulation. the inner surface will be stainless steel blade for scrap the ice. The top one will be a reducer set for rotation the ice blade, the down side will be a stainless steel tank with a pump for water feeding to make flake ice.
