The whole unit of the tube ice evaporator is consists by below parts： the stainless steel water tank which has the water flower inside, the evaporator body, the ice cutter with reducer set, the water dispenser plug etc.

 Water flowing: The tube ice evaporator consists of vertical tubes made of materials such as stainless steel or other corrosion-resistant materials. Water is circulated through these tubes, where it is frozen into cylinder type tube ice.

 Refrigerant System:  actually, The evaporator is surrounded by  refrigerant to absorb the heat from the flow water, to make it freeze into ice.

 Ice Harvesting: Once the ice tubes are fully formed, the evaporator warms up slightly by hot gas, to release the tube ice . The tubes are then harvested and be cut to the desired length.
