OMT Cold Room is assemble by polyurethane insulation plate, where panels in different storage adopts eccentric locking structure for strong air tightness and good heat preservation effect with conveniently disassemble and flexible mobile characteristics.
Cold storage plate can be combined into blast freezer with different height and volume which depends on different site conditions.
According to different temperature range, cold room can be divided into 0~+5 degree Celsius cold room, -18 degree Celsius freezing room and -35 degree Celsius quick freezing room.
We just dispatched a customized cold room to America recently,our client prepare to use it to store ice.The overall size is 5900x5900x3000mm,it can store about 30ton ice.
We used 100mm thickness pu sandwich panel, 0.5mm color plate, 304 stainless steel.
The flame retardant grade is B2. PU panel are injected with 100% polyurethane (CFC free) with an average foam-in-place density of 42kg/m³.
Refrigerant unit is assembled from world first class cooling parts,high quality and efficiency .
Finished loading,perfectly matched in a 20ft container.
