OMT ICE dispatched a 3ton tube ice machine and a 1ton/day ice block machine to Johannesburg South Africa before we leave for Chinese New Year Holidays.
For the tube ice machine, we adopt the latest design,we upgrade the evaporator to cover by stainless steel and inject with high density PU foaming for a good heat insulation, compare with old ice generator design that cover by insulation cotton,our latest design is much better, no Russianists accessories are installed on a steel frame which forms the evaporator module, which is strong and durable.
OMT tube ice machine makes transparent and nice tube ice, widely used in beverage cooling, drinking, aquatic food processing, chemical plant cooling, ice factory and gas station etc.
Our customer chose water cooled type,because the ambient temperature is quite high in Summer,the water cooled type machine works better than air cooled type, no matter in ice productivity and also energy consumption.
Along with the tube ice machine,he also bought a 250L/H Water Purify Machine to purify the water ,then make clean and transparent tube ice:
For the ice block machine,he preferred a 1ton/day salt water type ice block machine,that makes 56pcs of 3kg ice block every 4hrs per shift,totally 6shifts,336pcs in one day.
