Compare with Saltwater type ice block machine, Direct Cooling type is more convenient and space saving, all information of the machine will be show in the touch screen control, easy operating, users-friendly. It doesn’t need to use brine water and no corrosion problem and the ice is more clean. The ice mold doesn’t need to be replaced after long time service.
OMT ICE just dispatched a 3 ton direct cooling ice block machine to Malaysia ,he bought not only ice block machine from us, but also tube ice machine with large capacity flake ice machine ,ice crusher machine, cold room and tube ice makers, he makes different type of ice to meet different market requirements.
He wants the ice block cleaner ,more transparent, and edible, so he finally chose direct cooling type, he sells the ice block to the fishman near port.
There are two cooling ways for our 3ton/day Direct Cooling Ice Block Machine, customer chose air cooling, which is more compact and no need installation, plug and use. However, water cooled will be recommended if in very hot temperature area, it’s performance will be better.
And this machine is with PLC controlling system, very easy to use, automatic operation to save users’ labor work.
Ice Block Harvest:40pcs of 25kg ice block every 8hours per shift,,totally 3 shifts,120pcs in 24 hours.
