USA customer ordered one set of 2TON Ice Block Machine from us.
He sent us some pictures and feedback.
We suggest him to make some improvement of the installation.
1. For this cooling tower he installed, it’s too close to the roof of the factory.
Top of the cooling tower and the roof of the factory should be at least 3-4meter distance, for good vantilation.
2. Make sure the water flow direction and fan direction are correct.
.3. Make the pipes higher than the evaporator, for longer machine lifespan.
The way our customer did now, once stop the machine, the brine water will flow out of the evaporator,
then the air will go into the evaporator, that will make the evaporator corroded.
