Our South America customer ordered a 10ton plate ice machine from OMT ICE again after his first purchased of a 5ton plate ice machine, now he wanted to expand the ice business to meet more demands, so he ordered one set bigger machine 10ton plate ice machine. Plate ice is widely used in industries such as fishery preservation, food processing, chemical plant, and concrete cooling etc. most importantly, it make very thick ice which can last long compared with flake ice.

This 10ton plate ice machine is water cooled type, price includes a water tower. We uses high quality Hanbell as compressor. Other parts are also world first class brand, such as Danfoss brand pressure controller, Danfoss expansion valve and solenoid valve, electric parts are Schneider or LS.
Normally when the machine is finished, we will test the machine, make sure it is in a good condition before shipment. The testing video will be sent to the buyer accordingly.

The thickness of the plate ice made by this machine is ranges from 5mm to 10mm. Customer can get different thickness plate ices they want by adjusting the ice making time on the touch screen control system easily.
