The condensing unit will be combined with a compressor, condenser/mainly air-cooled type, air cooler evaporator inside the cold room.
Abut the Compressor : The compressor is the heart of the condensing unit and is responsible for compressing the refrigerant and circulating it through the system. For the small cold room, at bigger than 40cbm, we normally will use scrolls type compressor, USA Copeland Brand.
Condenser Coil: The condenser coil releases the heat absorbed from the cooler’s interior into the surrounding air. It is typically made of copper tubing with aluminum fins.
Air Cooler/ Fan : The fan helps dissipate heat from the condenser coil and can be axial or centrifugal, depending on the design and placement of the unit.
The Control Box : This unit is for control and adjusting the temperature, pressure, and other parameters to optimize performance. OMT control box will be in English language and user friendly.
Except offer the cold room condensing unit, OMT ICE also makes the cold room panels, or you can say the sandwich panels, thickness range from 50mm to 200mm, depends on different temperature requires.
